Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we are not accepting local pick-ups anymore so you won't be able to find that option during checking out. Please support the local stores that carry our brand. If you are in Petaluma and would like to purchase our products, you may find them at Oliver's, Petaluma Market, Penngrove Market etc. 

Can I order by phone?
Yes. Call 415-300-5341 and leave us a message saying that you would like to place an order over the phone. Leave your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.

 

About free shipping. The product image on your website says free shipping but during checkout shipping costs are automatically applied to my order. Why?
In order to be eligible for free shipping, your order amount must be at least $45 after discounts. If you are using a coupon code and your total is below $45 you will not be eligible for free shipping. Try adding another product to reach the minimum amount. The images refer to products purchased at full price.  

 

When will you ship my order?
Most of the time orders are shipped within the next business day.
Tipically, all orders received on Friday after 12pm will be shipped on the following Monday. (Holidays and availability may delay the shipment of your order)

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
We use USPS Priority and UPS ground. Depending on your location your order is estimated to be delivered within 1 to 5 business days from the date of shipping. 
ATTENTION: COVID-19 is affecting some areas more than others. Delivery time may be longer than estimated. Once the shipping courier picks up your order, it is no longer in our control. Please check your tracking number for updates. 

 

How do I track my order?
When your order has being prepared for shipping you will receive an email from True Delicious containing the tracking number. By clicking on it you will be able to check on the advancement of your shipment. 

 

I haven't received the tracking number of my order. How do I get one?
Send us an email at sales@truedelicious.com with your name and last name and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Where do I find the nutrition facts of your products?
All nutrition labels are located on the product page or in the photos of each single products. If you can't find it we will be glad to help you. Please reach out to us.

 

There is problem with my order. What do I do?
We want all our customers to be very happy with our products. If you experience any problems with your order please contact us via email at sales@truedelicious.com. Please include your order number and describe in details the problem you encountered. We will get back to you as soon as possible. (usually within 1 business day).
