Best biscotti I have purchased and so delicious, I have had the pleasure and privilege of growing up on homemade biscotti from my Nonie who was100% Italian and a friend who passed away a few years ago made fabulous biscotti in several flavors.
My only comment on your delicious might be to a little lighter on sugar; do not need to be quite so sweet.
Not only do I Love the gluten free ones, but I Love many of the cookies!! All great! I am giving them as Christmas gifts!
