We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground from our bakery in Petaluma, California. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed — once your package is with the carrier, tracking updates will keep you informed.

Our biscotti have a naturally long shelf life of 3+ months when stored properly. No preservatives needed — the twice-baked process does the work.

Freezing is fine for our biscotti and cookies, though texture may change slightly after thawing — especially for more delicate cookies. Since our products have a 3+ month shelf life, freezing is rarely necessary.

If you choose to freeze:

Pack airtight — keep in the original container or transfer to a freezer bag with excess air pressed out
Thaw at room temperature in the closed container to prevent condensation
Optional: crisp up in a 300°F oven for 3–5 minutes, then cool before enjoying
We do not recommend refrigeration as moisture can affect texture
