When will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped by the next business day (Holidays excluded). From Petaluma, CA. You can see estimated delivery time on the checkout page, these are automatically provided by UPS and USPS and are only estimated, not guaranteed. Just Add your items to the shopping cart and you'll see delivery estimates and expedited shipping options on checkout.

About free shipping
To be eligible for free shipping, your order must be of at least $50 after any discounts are applied. If you are using a coupon code and your total is below $50 try adding another item to reach the minimum amount. Free shipping uses standard ground shipping. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery and are not responsible for any delays caused by others.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Based on your location your order is estimated to be delivered within 1 to 5 business days from the date of shipping. 
Delivery time are only estimated. Please check your tracking number for updates. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email when a shipping label has been created.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive an email from True Delicious containing your tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number provided, you will be able to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination.

I haven't received the tracking number of my order. How do I get one?

Where do I find the nutrition facts of your products?
All nutrition labels are located on the product page or in the photos of each single products right below the description.

There is problem with my order. What do I do?
Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us through our support page. We aim to address your concerns promptly, typically responding within 1-2 business day, excluding holidays. 

Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we’re a small team and aren’t taking phone orders. Please place your order on our website. If you need help, reach us anytime through our support page. Our team will follow up during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm PT, excluding holidays).
 

Can I freeze your products?
reezing is okay for our biscotti/cookies, but please note the texture can change slightly after thawing (especially for more delicate cookies). Because our products have a naturally long shelf life of 3+ months, you usually don’t need to freeze them.

If you choose to freeze:

• Pack airtight (keep in the container or place in a freezer bag; press out excess air).
  
• Thaw at room temperature in the closed container to prevent condensation.
• Optional crisp-up: 300°F oven for 3–5 minutes, then cool before enjoying.
• We don’t recommend refrigeration (it can add moisture and affect texture).

What is the best way to store the biscotti and cookies?
Keep them in their container with the lid fully shut, stored in a cool, dark place (pantry/cupboard). Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
