Orders are shipped by the next business day (Holidays excluded). From Petaluma, CA. You can see estimated delivery time on the checkout page, these are automatically provided by UPS and USPS and are only estimated, not guaranteed. About free shipping
To be eligible for free shipping, your order must be of at least $50 after any discounts are applied. If you are using a coupon code and your total is below $50 try adding another item to reach the minimum amount. Free shipping uses standard ground shipping. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery and are not responsible for any delays caused by others.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Based on your location your order is estimated to be delivered within 1 to 5 business days from the date of shipping.
Delivery time are only estimated. Please check your tracking number for updates. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email when a shipping label has been created.
